A little bit about me..

I don’t coach because it’s a trend, I coach it because it’s shaped my entire life.

With 14 years of training experience and 6 years competing in powerlifting on the world stage, strength training has been the constant that’s taken me across countries, platforms, and pressure-filled environments.

Over the last three years, I’ve trained around the world, learning not just how bodies move, but how people think, adapt and get results.

Before coaching, I competed internationally in motorsport and represented my region in cricket and soccer. Those environments taught me discipline, accountability and how to perform under pressure, lessons I now bring into every program I write and every client I coach.

My current numbers are:

  • Squat: 282.5kg

  • Bench: 180kg

  • Deadlift: 275kg

But strength is more than numbers. I understand what it’s like to balance ambition with real life. To chase progress while managing work, stress, setbacks, and expectations.

My approach is built on clarity, structure, and accountability. No shortcuts, just effective training that gets long term results. Whether your goal is to get stronger, transform how you look, or rediscover confidence through training, my role is to guide you with experience, intent and precision.

This isn’t just what I do, it’s what I live for.

Make your own luck.
